Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payment is due upon delivery of completed translations unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Confidentiality
We treat all client content with strict confidentiality. However, you are responsible for ensuring that confidential information is properly identified, and we recommend using non-disclosure agreements for highly sensitive materials.
